What if my vehicle was impounded? What do I need to do to retrieve it?
Please review the information to the right. You will need to pay all fees as well as provide the listed documents.
How long do I have to retrieve my vehicle?
Once we impound your vehicle, we will send the last registered owner a letter informing them of the impound. From the received date of the letter you have 20 days to retrieve the vehicle. We do not do weekend retrievals.
What if I don't want to retrieve my vehicle, but I need items from inside the vehicle?
Depending on what the items are we may or may not charge a fee to retrieve your items. Please give us a call for more specific information.
Fees
- Impound Tow - $370.00
- Daily Storage Fee - $50.00 per day
- Fuel - Subject to Change
- Depends on current fuel rates
- Plus tax
Retrieval
- Valid drivers license or valid form of identification
- This must match the registration or title of the vehicle
- Registration or title to the vehicle
- You must be able to prove that you are the owner of the vehicle
- Pay all fees
